For moulding EVA, Gnali has 4 multipurpose machines which overall can accommodate up to 35 moulds at the same time. The capacity of the injectors ranges from 10 gr to 2 kg and offers the possibility of performing multiple injections, therefore allowing moulded products weighing up to 4-5 kg to be produced. The machines use standard aluminium moulds, and therefore allow low number batches to be moulded.
There are 20 machines dedicated to moulding thermoplastics, with a capacity ranging from 50 to 600 t.. Each of these houses a steel mould which is made-to-measure according to the weight of the item to be moulded and the size of the mould itself. This type of plastic injection moulding allows very high production capacities, ideal for making products in high numbers.
Gnali also has 6 automatic metal blanking lines which process in particular aluminium, iron and steel. The presses range from 50 to 150 t. and can cut sheet metal of thicknesses between 0.15 and 4 mm.
